It's the opposite actually! Green means "Ready to activate" and blinking red means "Recording"!

    Well, supposedly, in a early version of the shows script, Suletta was supposed to be a Commander of sorts whereas Miorine was her mistress. Kinda interesting to imagine how things would have turned out had they followed that.

    The problem with that line of thought is that often times artists either forget to draw the tail, or it's obscured from the POV of the drawing.

    That said, the ID still stands because of what NNescio said earlier, and also because her ear covers are a dead ringer for her RL counterpart.
