Kuzuki - Probably Ninjas. Not only are they assassins, but their reliance on flip effects could be compared to how his 'Snake' style martial art attacks you from strange angles.
Sakura - She would normally play something cutesy and harmless looking like Melffys, but her real deck would be either Krawlers/Worms (to represent the bugs in her body) or Reptilianne to represent Rider.
Shinji - Probably Worms or a general insect deck. Maybe Digital Bugs to reference his Extra counterpart.
Rin - Gem Knights or Crystal Beasts/Rainbow Dragon.
Shirou - Elemental Heroes, but his luck fluctuates between being good enough to make Jaden green with envy and being just plain bad. People subsequently hate playing against him as his luck makes him too unpredictable.
Illya - Beatdown with lots of high ATK Monsters and expensive, powerful Spells and Traps (because the Einzbern tend to either brute force a problem or throw money at it).
Kirei - His standard deck is Exosisters, but his real deck is Trap/Stun because he loves making people miserable.

This is classic Koharu, really; the one time she gets Hanako to knock it off with the lewdness sheโs not actually trying and has no idea what happened.
