It's already being done with how the Federal government will list people's genders and which prisons they're placed in. They're only going by what is on the person's birth certificate now, which has to be particularly problematic for intersexed people since the doctors can end up just guessing a gender in some of those cases.

I doubt Tact would be implemented before Verxina or Tsuyoshi since I'm pretty sure she's waiting on Almond Eye and Contrail, as well as the main story to hit the 2020 Japan Cup, which was when the three faced off each other IRL.

Considering the number of times the devs failed to release everyone the time a particular umamusume gets implemented. (Duramente for Kitansan/Dia), (Some of Sweep's rivals ala Still), (the "4" which are in relation/rivalry to Bubblegum Fellow) and so forth, the only time they manage to pull everything in the same gut was the 2005 frillies gen but that's was it.

So well I had little to no faith to how they will throw this one. I would be happy enough if Tact gets a support card or something...
