I have nothing to say... This is just excellent work, in one frame of course the 3D failed, but itโs not scary, because it lasted about 2 seconds. Of course I thought that it was the Korean alphabet, but it seemed to be Japanese, I just heard that they value Tsoiโs songs, and for example Dostoevskyโs books, or the same Tolstoy

There's a wordplay here that's lost in translation, with how ่ชฟๆ/choukyou is used.
Generally this word refers to training of animals, but it could mean sexually "training" someone (usually in context of hentai), or used as a slang for "tuning" in voice synthesizers such as Vocaloids. So, in this case, it might be a play between the last two meanings.
I wonder if the sukonbu are supposed to represent other Hololive characters? The one with the winding key on its head is suspiciously specific...
That's the Nejima Kitsune (Wind-Up Fox), a mascot designed by Fubuki well before Cecilia's debut. The tag has been added, along with others. (Fubuki has several mascot characters.)

Ah, I had figured they were all the same species of mascot and saw the sukonbu match the closest to the one on the top right. Thanks!
Reference to a bit from Family Guy where Peter backs out of the dining room to get away from a story Lois is telling, continuing to back up until he ends up in the previous show Bob's Burgers.
The connection in this case is that all three are yandere girlfriends from dating simulators.

Specifically, yandere AIs from dating simulators that act as your girlfriend.
Artist posted this about half an hour after the episode aired. The episode had an advanced screening, but the artist mentioned not know what was going to happen in an earlier tweet, so it counts.
I wonder what's gonna be Wa2000/Makiatto's reaction when she finds out that HK416/Klukai is asserting that she's the only (assault) rifle that you'll need
