I'm pretty sure that Kimberly lady is an OC? The chain of QRTs makes it seem like a few fans are trying to make their own AUs because of how poorly done the game was (in their eyes) and the artist drew this as one of those AUs.
Explaining the joke for those less versed in FF14: Erenville (the Viera on the left with the tea), despite being a major NPC ally, can not be recruited to assist in dungeons/battles via Trusts or Duty Support and thus never gets involved in combat like the others involved here
Given that Dawntrail's combat encounters are gathering a reputation for being a good deal harder than previous expansions, even for non-raid, main story content, this may be a wise choice
As the saying goes.... "ikze is the one who sets out on a Journey of Dreams with his trusted Holy Sword, accompanied with a Witch and a Goldsmith to Nagoya" I couldn't work out a way to shove Curren in I'm sorry

Curren would like to have a little "talk" with you.
so essentially, Seth's high-profile family hired Victoria Housekeeping and he helped them with whatever task his family assigned them to do? But Seth does not want to be called a servant because he doesn't see Rina as his servant? Also, due to his family's wealth, he is able to often treat people

Actually, it feels like it's implying that Victoria Housekeeping (or maybe just Alexandrina herself) were hired by Seth's family at some point, which is why she called him "Young Master" but Seth himself never hired her so he doesn't want her referring to him as "Master".

It probably doesn't help that given that Rina is herself from a wealthy family and the fact that Seth and Rina come from the same city that the two most likely knew each other as equals when they were kids.
