I wouldn't call them menaces, just major annoyances due them not losing ki when they flew, which let players cheese matches via time out. So glad they were nerfed.
Couldn't find any information about an artist named 니오 (Nio). Doesn't resemble any of the artists named nio we already have, and Google wasn't very helpful, as there is a Chinese car company named NIO.
As I recall, where as here in the US we typically use check marks to mark correct answers when grading things, over there they circle them correct. So yes, she answered them, they graded her answers, and they are all correct.

Yes, because going to the doorstep of the person you'd had a bloody feud with for centuries (and possibly for eternity after that) when you're carrying injured children makes perfect logical sense.
Mokou's been known to take injured people to Eintei when she finds them in the Bamboo Forest. Or, at the very least, guide them there. Given that there's pretty much no real 'bad guy' in Touhou, I think they'd at least keep from fighting near injured people (such as fighting somewhere else after Eirin gets her hands on the patients).

She's also known to abhor collateral damage, to the point where she worked with Kaguya to put out a forest fire (that totally wasn't caused by Mokou's cigarettes, just so you know, and may have been caused by yakitori since the Bamboo Forest is a mecca of yakitori)
