Ordering the U.S. attorney general and the director of national intelligence to review "potential misconduct" within the Justice Department, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and the intelligence community. Ordering a 75 day delay of enforcing the law banning TikTok.
Commuted or pardoned those who participated in the January 6th insurrection. [Note: This includes pardoning those who physically assaulted and beat police officers that day.]
Ordering that the government only officially recognizes Male and Female "sexes", which are defined by "reproductive function." As part of this order it orders: agencies to replace the term "gender" with the term "sex" on forms; bars trans and gender-nonconforming individuals from self-selecting gender on official forms; bars transgender people from single-sex facilities that align with their gender identity such as prisons, migrant housing, and domestic violence shelters; and bars prison facilities from using Federal money for gender-affirming care.
