On Kakifly's 1.0 site he mentioned that he did this collab with Chimaro. Kakifly mentioned that Shimako was done by Chimaro, meaning he did Noriko. You can see him saying this on page 5 of this specific way page capture
The first two colums of Renko's last bubble probably mean something like "I'll let you look at it for a short while", but since I couldn't find a translation for what seems to be either "代見" or "代貝" I can't be sure so I left it untranslated.
It's a bit funny when a "consumer" (player, reader, watcher, etc) gets bent out of shape for when a character acts out of his own headcanon.
There is literally nothing to say Bismark needs to be "conservative" in her private time. IF real people can have different facets for different moments and company, why can't fictional characters? No, "fans" demand their bidimensional fanon be the rule.
If Bismark wants to seduce the commander in private, acting totally different from when she has to mantain a serious image to her followers, all the power to her.
So I'm guessing pedophilia is now determined by the age gap between a couple, not if one is considered legally a minor? Sorry, man, Lawrence is way younger than Holo, but he's still an adult.
We are at the very end of 2024. The narrative "the killer played a videogame" is so annoying now. There are (according to an AI search on Google) ove 3 billion gamers in the world, they don't seem to be 3 billion murderers.
Saying "oh, the murderer played videogame, that must the cause for his derangement" when half the world's populace also plays videogames is so stupid.
This "villanization" of videogames shouldn't still be in vogue, it makes no sense anymore... It already made little sense when I was a kid.
We have action heroes breaking criminals necks on movies, yet the problem is surely Mario smashing some turtles on my game.

I think it's probably 代見して. 貝 is the kanji for "shell."
Therein lies the problem though - one of these is fan art and the other one is, again, questioning if that's relevant to her current status, not some point in the past. This is still an assumption, not a guarantee that it's not a prosthetic as opposed to a brace to prevent her hand from touching the blade directly. The update is in a few hours - just be patient for any actual reveal on this. We can fix it if needbe based on real information instead of assuming.
