Though the resolution is smaller, you can actually see the noise textures in this PNG that were either absent or destroyed by JPEG compression in the Twitter version. Just look at all that shaded skin, that tank top and jacket! Ah, I wish I could scrunch them.
Very likely it is, judging from her hairstyle and the hair scrunchie. I'll change it for now.
This artist has a habit of forgetting to tag the copyright on his pixiv page, whether it's original or otherwise, which would've helped a lot. But oh well.
