If that's the case, then by adding it up raw would be either 375% or 475% of 9$/hr, so it would be $33.75/hr or $42.75/hr, making it even better (though still not worth the hospital fees it wil incur).
Or it might be $9 +$4.5 +$4.5 +$2.25 =$20.25 Reasoning being, you start from $9 each time. It's time and 1/2, so add $4.5 to $9 to get 150%. Assuming this is set in the US, that is how it normally works. If it doesn't actually make sense, welcome to America. Get used to that feeling.
I'm fairly certain the right flag is the Dutch flag, but the colors make it a bit hard to tell from the Luxembourgian flag, which is the same but with a lighter blue
The source page is pretty big. To find the image easily, search for キャラクター同士の関係が気になる ("I'm curious about the relationship of the characters").
The description on the page makes it sound like this was either a game asset or hosted on a website accessible from the game.
There are probably some tags still missing. This is also the first post for about half of these characters, but their posts counts will go up soon enough.
Looks like Taishin from her hairstyle (bangs in particular) and color scheme. Not many brown-haired umas with that... figure. Well, there's Biko but her hairstyle's completely different (spikier) and she'd be wearing white/red accented with blue instead of yellow/blue.
