Okay, important question, do the lines change based on the player's gender?
I don't know for certain, but I'd say no. I've played Chinese gacha before where you can choose the player's gender, and said player will always have had a romantic relationship with two women, regardless of whether the character is a young man, young woman, old man, or shota.
