Neon might be some sort of proxy for D.E.E.P. to observe Rapi's journey since she clearly showed interest in both Rapi and Red Hood and certain did something to them.
What if this whole time Neon's glasses going opaque was an indication D.E.E.P. was looking through them at that moment? Or maybe taking control of her altogether? I'm specifically thinking of that early scene when they're in the elevator and Neon seems to briefly become possessed by a "ghost".
Hmmm, they seem to be missing the fourth member of the photo-op with the "DO NOT" T-shirt. I'm sure this was just an oversight, surely none of these characters will break rule D, right?
