I found Rinnosuke, left most spot in the human village. It appears Rumia is mistaken for Medicine, however, not sure where Medicine is. Someone seems to be between Yuuji and Utsuho, someone between Futo and Ringo, not sure who else I see. It looks like there's two faces in the south forest making a > < and ^ ^ by Mamizou, but it's hard to say if those are anyone or just the shading (though nothing looks like that shading wise around it.)
Fixed the note for Rumia. I am guessing the girl between Futo and Seiran must be Medicine then
Couldn't find Rumia, Rinnosuke, Tokiko, Suika, Aya, Satori, Kokoro, Nemuno and Chiyari provided it contains all Windows era touhou characters. The Wakatsuki sisters are confirmed to not be present

Someone behind Momoji, or perhaps that is Momoji and someone in front of her is mistaken for her? I see ears on the unmarked of the two. Someone unmarked above Momoyo as well.
