Cardigan vest in particular seems to never get used correctly. Either people tag sweater vest as cardigan vest, or they just tag cardigans as it for no clear reason
The talk show "Odoru! Maguro Goten" appearing in episode 129 of Aikatsu! anime was a parody of the actual Nippon TV program "Odoru! Sanma Goten!!" (sanma literally means saury while maguro means tuna.) This pic imitates the subtitles and background of Sanma Goten.
