The part about the buried bodies could be a reference to the fact that this sits right next to the reservoir for the Tokuyama Dam , the construction of which did involve the deliberate flooding of a village in the area. However, this obviously only occurred after everyone living there had been relocated, so this seems like a shaky connection.

Apparently, on CN, because the last syllable of Tartaglia's name sounds similar to the word for duck, he effectively got nicknamed "Tartagliduck" by the CN community.
The whole car part of the scene was rotated (and I think zoomed out slightly), shading was removed from her face, and her pants were made a lighter color. It's hard for me to tell if there were other minor changes due to parts of the scene shifting so far.
