People say he's going to die horribly but the fact that he's still alive while being this dense is nothing short of a miracle. There must be some sort of divine intervention keeping him alive. That's the only reasonable explanation as to how he goes through all of this despite being literally surrounded by loved obsessed students all across the city.

I really don't see logic in these reactions. Sex Education, if handled properly, is essential, especially to young teenage schoolgirls with hormones, who never even held hands with a man before. It's not like (not freak) Sensei will just bang them and call it a day.
Do you honestly expect teenagers to consider the situation with that level of reason and logic? Most teenagers aren't mature enough to appreciate the developmental importance of these kinds of topics. And Iori already thinks Sensei is a pervert, of course she would assume this was just some kind of trick to sexually harass her.
