Look at the sleeve and the hand. It's still a bit weird: the sleeve doesn't follow the direction of the lower arm was pointing, the way the ring finger and the little pinky grasped the electric massanger defies normal anatomy (not to mention the little finger looks too deflated even if it's inside a glove).

You’re still framing things like that as evil, which I find to be disappointing since you seemed to understand the nature of fiction an hour earlier (comment #2483175). We shouldn’t judge people based on what fiction they like. People can enjoy some of the most depraved stuff out there (and here) without letting it negatively influence their lives or others. Compartmentalization is a thing. As long as it’s created in an ethical manner, there’s no problem.

If we’re going to be that technical, it should be pointed out that we don’t actually know who’s inside that belly. This could be an AU with a different child. Chrom might not even be the father.
