Removing the feeno tag from this post - from the tag history, it looks like formalin was added as an autocomplete mistake of formal, and then formalin got renamed to feeno. Also, that artist doesn't have other Azur Lane works, and artstyles don't match.
Regarding the appeal message, I was under the impression that "cleaned" images are those that have been restored to the artist's original version, e.g. by removing scan artifacts. Not images that have been modified from the original by cutting out entire characters or poses.
