The artist is wrong to laugh at Qingque. If you read her story carefully, you will understand that she is one of the smartest characters in Lofu. She is just terribly lazy, and hides behind a mask of stupidity and sloppiness.

I wonder what the inventor of the Musume concept was thinking, probably knowing full well that the pre-musume version was usually involved in some way with at least hundreds of men, males and/or others.
Eh, usually only the mares are involved with males, and then in the low tens at most. The stallions are the ones with hundreds to thousands of mates.
Also the "actually has multiple partners IRL" bit is pretty much inconsequential other than providing endless meme fodder in fanworks.
