She is a woman with brown short hair, wearing a crop top and bandana/headband. She is heavily addicted to Nuka Cola Quantums and has a strange fear of repellent sticks. One of her catch phrases is "Nozomi ga Tatareta! (All our hopes are ruined!)" (It is a translation error of "This is hopeless!!" in the Japanese translation of Fallout 3)
