The incomplete form of Ultra Instinct, first displayed by Son Goku. In this form, his body receives a blueish aura around it, his hair becomes slightly spikier and his eyes become silver-colored. Unlike the perfected form, Ultra Instinct Sign has the user keep their original hair color.
