The Typhoon Devil is a devil that embodies the fear of typhoons. It is the secondary antagonist of the Bomb Girl arc.

The Typhoon Devil is subservient and respectful towards Reze and willingly cooperates with her for its own protection.

The Typhoon Devil's true form resembles a gigantic humanoid surrounded by a swirling storm of brain matter with the top part of its head exposed revealing more brain matter which is connected to the storm around it. In Mitaka Asa's flashback, his face is that of an old man with a thick mustache.

The second incarnation of the Typhoon Devil has the face of a baby instead of an old man with a thick mustache.
