A phrase often accompanied with a AA character called Chibi Vucko, which originated from ramster's attempt to draw Vucko of 1984 Winter Olympics fame.
Ramster's result led to a AA edition of the character being made. Chibi Vucko was posted on 4-ch (channel4), BAI (where he was called "OBESO FURRO"), and SAOVQ. The phrase "つ～" was selected in a poll on the /b/ board of Nihongochannel.
