tsunetsuki matoi

A major character from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.

Matoi's name is a pun on the word "常[に]付き纏い" - "tsune (ni) tsukematoi" ("always following") - referring to her habit of obsessively stalking on (and imitating the fashion sense of) anyone she falls in love with. Fell in love with her homeroom teacher Itoshiki Nozomu and ultimately began stalking him and donning a kimono, specifically a meiji schoolgirl uniform.
