toujou hideki
Toujou Hideki (December 30, 1884 – December 23, 1948) was the head of the Imperial Japanese Army and prime minister of the Empire of Japan from 1940 to 1944. Widely regarded as a de facto ruler of Japan's military during World War II despite only commanding for a few years.
Nicknamed Kamisori ("The Razor") for his ruthless efficiency in military administration matters. However, the multiple defeats of the army during the late part of the Pacific War and Toujou's poor command led to his eventual removal by Emperor Hirohito.
