A member of the Kong Family introduced in Donkey Kong 64, and has participated in one Mario spinoff game, Mario Super Sluggers.

Her most significant traits is her blonde twintails, as similar to Dixie Kong they are used to attack enemies and allow her to descend slowly to the ground like a helicopter. As her name "Tiny" suggests, she also has the ability to shrink in size when entering a Tiny Barrel.

Originally she was depicted with blue overalls that were printed with a flower smiley face on them. Under the overalls were a white shirt and she wore white shoes. After the drastic redesign she received in Diddy Kong Racing DS onward however her current depiction is vastly different. She is now much more humanoid in figure like Candy Kong, given noticeable eyelashes, and applies red eyeshadow and pink nail polish. She now wears blue sweatpants, a blue camisole crop top with a similar flower smiley face and pink sandals along with hoop earrings and white fur wrist cuffs. Aside from the aforementioned blonde twintails, both iterations have blue eyes and a similar multicolored beanie.

She was initially Dixie Kong's younger sister but after the redesign it is unsure if this setting is still in consideration.
