Starlow (also known by the pseudonym Chippy by Bowser when she is keeping a low profile) is a major character in the Mario & Luigi series. She is a star sprite who helps Mario and Luigi by giving hints and holding items. She has a similar role and personality to Stuffwell from Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. Her name is a portmanteau of "star" and "yellow".
