The British special forces service, the most elite branch of the British Army itself known as the Regiment. Well known for the 1980 Iranian embassy siege, where they eliminated 5 kidnappers and rescued all but one of the hostages.
It was created during World War II. The name "Special Air Service" was meant to deceive the Nazi intelligence agencies into thinking it was a division of the RAF.
