soundwave (transformers)

A character from the Transformers science fiction franchise.

Soundwave is an evil Decepticon, a sentient alien robot that can transform into a blue and white microcassette deck/tape recorder boombox.

His most iconic feature is a heavily vocoded (monotone and robotic) voice.

Motto: "Cries and screams are music to my ears...".
