A mysterious sniper who comes from Sniper Island.
In reality, the SogeKing (King of Snipers) is an alter ego made up by Usopp after he was (temporarily) kicked out of the Straw Hat Pirates because of a falling-out with Luffy over the decommissioning of their first ship, the Going Merry.
