He first appeared in the Final Fight game from the 80s, and in many other fighting games since then.

Simons is part of the original Mad Gear gang that terrorized the streets of Metro City. He is a yellow-dressed dark skinned thug who is a head-swap of Jake, with short brown hair, a clean shave face and sunglasses.
