God Power: 「Curse of Bondage」

Before becoming a god, he was called "The Jailbreak King of the Century". His stealing, jail-breaking and getaway skill are the best in both heaven and earth. Keeps a pet hell hound called "Hell boy" in Heaven.
Jerkass with the heart of gold. Occasionally got chased by Warrior God due to being criminal by default.
He is obsessed with "binding" in many meanings - be it making or breaking including rules, bonds, restraints, cages, bondage (bdsm) and applying that either on himself or surroundings. This obsession and his God Power often make him do a deeds that turns out to be good in the end - that is outweighting his off-scene crimes and keeping his karma "neutral". Can break from any prison, binding and cage (even from tough one called "common sense"), but the he can't break from his bonds of a dog-lover.

Appearance: Short black hair, bristle. Yellow eyes, constricted pupils. Has thick lines on eyes' edges, making him look like he lacks a proper sleep or light form of "black eyes". His usual expression is scowling with grinning.
Attire: Typical prisoner's attire - black-white striped clothes. Light-blue jacket with rolled up sleeves on top and number 24601 on it - from another type of prison clothes. Barefeet.
Accesories: Chain necklace with golden hanglock as pendant. Occasionally seen with ball and chain restraint on leg.
Halo: Golden bracelet on either of hand. The Prisoner uses it as the bracelets to bind his hands.
