shokuhou misaki
A ToAru Majutsu no Index character. First mentioned in Index, but officially introduced in the ToAru Kagaku no Railgun manga, and main character of the ToAru Kagaku no Mental Out manga, Misaki is Academy City's 5th ranked Level 5.
Nicknamed Mental Out (心理掌握 Shinri Shouaku, lit. Psychological Control) after her ability, which allows for a wide range of effects, including telepathy and mind control.
Also nicknamed The Queen of Tokiwadai, she is the second Level 5 enrolled in Tokiwadai Middle School, along with Misaka Mikoto. They're often at odds with each other.
