seyano ajisai

瀬谷野あじさい (せやの あじさい)

One of two mascots for the police department of Seya (瀬谷警察署), a suburb of Yokohama. The other one, Seyano Keyaki, is her twin younger brother. Ajisai, the Japanese term for "hydrangea", is the ward flower of Seya-ku.
