The original 80s-style Seiko-chan cut.
seiko-chan cut (hairstyle)
Layered, feathered hairstyle popularized by Japanese idol and singer Matsuda Seiko. Popular among young Japanese women in the 80s, though considered dated nowadays. Modern takes on the hairstyle may be feathered more outwards with less inward curling/perming, resembling Farah Fawcett's iconic hairstyle more.
