The main character of Esper Mami, a series by the same artistic team behind Doraemon.

Mami is a French-Japanese girl with supernatural powers -- the insinuation is that she is a descendant of French witches. She uses her supernatural powers alongside her tanuki-like pet dog and Takahata Kazuo, her best friend (and secret-keeper).

Mami's father is a painter who specializes in nude figure painting, Mami is his favorite subject, and watercolor nudes of her are frequently shown during the show, as well as Mami's modeling.

As a result of this, her lack of any qualms about being nude around the house is a running theme in the show -- many episodes had Mami nude for extended periods of time while she posed for her father, usually interrupting his painting when she thought of some solution to a problem (or her powers warned her of a developing problem).
