sagittarius (constellation)
Sagittarius (the Archer) is a zodiac constellation located in the Southern celestial hemisphere, between Scorpius to the west and Capricornus to the east. Its brightest star is Kaus Australis.
Sagittarius has the rough appearance of a stick-figure centaur archer drawing a bow. The brightest stars of the constellation form an asterism known as the Teapot.
