Rodney's outfit consist a microdress military uniform with a pleated miniskirt detached sleeves showing her shoulders, aiguillette and a brooch on her detached collar.

Her physical appearance includes blue eyes, long light purple hair tied with french braid, along with white thighhighs with rudder shoes and also her sizable chest showing her cleavage like her sister.
