qixiong ruqun
Qixiong ruqun is a traditional chinese dress consisting of a long sleeved blouse/jacket and a long skirt reaching all the way up to just underneath the armpits, covering the chest. It is most associated with the Tang dynasty. As this clothing set was worn under Han-ruling dynadties, it is considered hanfu.
Not to be confused with other forms of ruqun.
The traditional Korean dress known as hanbok is derived from qixiong ruqun.
