The fourth costume of Pochimaru, as seen in post #5693388. This form was defined by Pochi herself as the form she would appear in for casual streams, relegating her last form to active gaming streams.

She is portrayed in a starkly mature form with long grey tentacle hair, black head wings, a mole under mouth, red teardrop facial mark and a sizable bust. The costume consists of a black hat, long white dress with a side slit and cleavage cutout, black cape, cryptid walking cane, bandages on her left thigh, and white footwear.
