pipkin pippa (2nd costume)

The second costume for Phase Connect's Pipkin Pippa, as seen in post #6223578.

It consists of a black pinafore dress over a white petticoat with long puffy sleeves, black combat boots, red ribbons on her hair and dress, and two large cannons attached to her back. In addition, her hair is black and her eyes are dark purple (though there is an alternate version of the costume that restores the original coloring along with making the dress pink).
