pickle (grappler baki)

One of the antagonist/recurring character from Grappler Baki and the titular antagonist of the Pickle arc

Pickle is a primitive man whose his body was found perfectly preserved in a saline rock formation, hence his name. He were supposedly born during the Jurassic era and hunt dinosaur for a living. He was bought back from suspended animation by the American scientists, to which Pickle later attracted interests from several powerful fighters who seeks to test their strength, including Hanma Yujiro who viewed him as a potential "worthy" opponent.

While Pickle generally behaves in a stereotypical "primitive caveman" fashion, he is known to possess strength far greater than almost all of the casts. Being able to match Yujiro and Biscuit Oliva in sheer brute force. Despite fighting with sheer brute strength with no martial arts background whatsoever, Pickle is able to defeat even the most skilled fighters though overwhelming endurance. He does, however, recognise strong fighter despite language barrier and is shown to pay respect to any opponents he deem "worthy" on multiple occasions.
