Azur Lane's personification of the American battleship USS Pennsylvania.
She has brown hair tied in a ponytail, green eyes and a scar on her left cheek, likely referencing the minor damage she took at Pearl Harbor. Her attire consists of a partially unbuttoned blue military uniform, revealing a black bikini top, high heels and black pantyhose. A tiny sailor's hat rests on her head.
In real life, she was the only battleship present in Pearl Harbor on the day of the attack to have escaped significant damage or destruction as she was in drydock at the time (Helena was in her normally-assigned pier and became the target instead). However, the destroyers sharing the drydock with her (Cassin and Downes) were virtually destroyed in the attack.
She briefly went to sea during the battle of Midway as part of a standby force in case the Japanese pressed forward with an attack on the West Coast, but otherwise spent 1942 improving her AA and secondary battery and undertaking training and patrol cruises.
Returning to frontline service in 1943, Pennsylvania primarily conducted shore bombardment from Kiska to Okinawa, with the sole exception being the battle of Leyte Gulf, where she was part of a force that routed Shouji Nishimura's fleet, albeit she failed to fire a shot with the other battleships in line obstructing her view.
Post-war, she was assigned to Operation Crossroads as a target ship and was scuttled off Kwajalein in February 1948.
