The fourth costume for hololive Indonesia's Pavolia Reine, as seen in post #6087624.

It consists of a tilted black beret with a black veil, a black triangular o-ring choker, a yellow lace-trimmed furisode with long wide sleeves, a black feather boa and black lace-up boots.

Her official hairstyle with this outfit is low twin braids with choppy center-flap bangs. She also has black colored tips now.
