pastry bag
Also called a piping bag, it is a handheld bag made from cloth or paper for piping semi-solid foods. It is filled through a wider opening at the opposite end, rolled or twisted closed, and then squeezed to extrude its contents. The most popular usage is for icing, although pastries and garnishes can also be created this way.
