"No Russian" is an infamous level from the 2009 video game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 in which the player partakes in a terrorist attack which involves shooting at and killing unarmed civilians at a Russian Airport.
Before committing the massacre, character Vladimir Makarov utters the phrase to the player "Remember – no Russian", which in the original context was meant to instruct his followers to only speak in English to hide their Russian identity (and therefore put the blame of the operation onto the American-affliated groups). However, the quote "No Russian" has been misattributed into Makarov instructing his followers into killing any Russian they come across, therefore it has been used as a snowclone on the internet.
The mission drew controversy in the media for its portrayal of a terrorist attack which the player can choose to partake in.
