ninomae ina'nis (party dress)

The 3rd costume of Hololive's Ninomae Ina'nis, as seen in post #4976264.

It is based on three foreigner-class (Lovecraftian) servants in Fate/Grand Order designed by her artist Kuroboshi Kouhaku. It consists of a black tilted hat, a short print dress with the same pattern as Katsushika Hokusai's kimono, a two-tone black and white coat with mismatched puffy long sleeves taken from Abigail Williams, and a genderswapped Jacques de Molay, mismatched black and white gloves and black boots

Her official hairstyle with this outfit is wavy low twintails.
