netherrack (minecraft)

Soft, rocky substance that makes up vast majority of The Nether's terrain in Minecraft. Dark red in color with slight purplish tinge, and its texture feels somehow fleshy. Fire on top of it will burn indefinitely and warped or crimson fungi mycelium can grow on it.

Netherrack can be smelted into nether brick.
