Indie Virtual YouTuber. Originally debuted as OtakuMOE in Icetea, before redebuting as Natsumi Moe in 2018. Would part away with Icetea around 2020/2021, moving to a new channel, retiring the OtakuMOE channel, and reviving her old persona 'Malice'. One of the OGs of the English-speaking VTuber space.
