natsuiro matsuri (new year)

The fourth/New Years costume of hololive's Natsuiro Matsuri, as seen in post #3735179.

It is a nontraditional miko attire composed of a white kimono crop top with wide detached sleeves and tied by an orange upper obi, a separate lower white-yellow striped obi holding her red hakama short skirt, white tabi, and zouri sandals.
